He has held several executive roles within the business since 2003, including EVP & COO; EVP & Group President of Retail Stores; President/CEO of Foot Locker U.S., Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker & Footaction; President/CEO of Foot Locker Europe; and President/CEO of Eastbay. He has been a board director of H&R Block, Inc. since 2015 and was previously director of Maidenform Brands, Inc. Dick holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Jason Nazar is co-founder/CEO of workplace culture platform Comparably and formerly co-founder/CEO of Docstoc (acquired by Intuit). In 2016, the serial tech entrepreneur, investor & advisor was appointed as Los Angeles’ inaugural Entrepreneur in Residence. He received his BA from UC Santa Barbara & his JD/MBA from Pepperdine University.”
